CURRENT CLASSES
Chair Yoga, Avon Lake Yoga, Fridays 11AM
Chair yoga is an accessible way to practice yoga for those who don’t want to get down on the floor. This class incorporates yoga postures and functional movement, both seated and standing. Breathwork and meditation are incorporated in every session.

Yoga and Low Back Pain: 4 week series
A slower flow vinyasa class with intention. These classes are infused with the therapeutic benefits of yoga: core stabilization, hips, shoulders, backbending to stretch AND strengthen, balance, safe forward folds, pranayama, and more. Some days the focus is the story behind a pose, applying a yoga sutra to modern life, or a bit of poetry.
