Yoga for Pelivic Floor.png

Yoga for Pelvic Floor

The muscles at the bottom of the pelvis are like the basement of your core. They need to be strong enough to hold up the structure above, but pliable enough to allow movement with breathing. Plenty of problems can occur when the pelvic floor is weak or too tight. Gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques can assist in balancing strength and mobility in the pelvic floor.

Offered as a series class or individual sessions.

Vinyasa yoga.png

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa can be translated as “linked with breath” and vinyasa yoga is a series of movements that are synchronized with inhales and exhales. Experience the effects of yoga on your body and mind, with mindful attention to alignment and purpose.
